Longboat Harbour Condos for Sale on Longboat Key

Longboat Harbour is a bayside condominium community offering a connection to both Sarasota Bay and the Gulf beach. It should be distinguished from Longboat Harbour Towers, a separate condominium property with a similar name.

Community setting and features

The association lists pools, a gym, a recreation hall, tennis, workshop and game spaces. It also describes sheltered boat berths on the bay side and a beach house across Gulf of Mexico Drive with parking, restrooms and showers. Compare building location, floor level and water outlook when choosing a residence.

What to know before buying

Compare the property's condition and insurance requirements with its location and ownership costs. Request current association documents where applicable, including fees, reserves, assessments and restrictions for your intended use.

Are boating facilities available to every buyer?

Confirm berth availability, boat limits, fees and leasing rules directly with the association, along with the residence's parking and beach-house privileges.
