We’re Scott and Jan Langa, Realtors with Coldwell Banker serving Sarasota, Manatee County and Florida’s Gulf Coast. Originally from the Midwest, we made Sarasota our home and have built both our family and our real estate business here.

We have two daughters, two wonderful grandchildren, and strong ties to the Sarasota community. Our youngest daughter has special needs and attends The Haven, a local organization providing programs and opportunities for adults with disabilities. She may have special needs, but we’re the ones who feel truly blessed.

Before becoming Realtors, we both spent many years owning and operating successful businesses. Jan owned a promotional marketing, embroidery and screen-printing company in Illinois for 15 years, while Scott owned and operated a general aviation service business and flight school for 20 years.

Those experiences taught us the importance of marketing, communication, attention to detail and exceptional customer service—skills that have become the foundation of our real estate business.
