Kristin is originally from the Midwest and relocated to the Sarasota area 10 years ago. Since moving she has submersed herself into the Florida lifestyle, in her free time you can find her at the dog beach with her family, or out on her paddle board.

Kristin has a strong background in customer service, and social media marketing. She has worked with numerous local businesses from Siesta Key to Venice. She also supports local chapters of Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Ducks Unlimited.

Kristin is excited to team up with her parents, Scott & Jan Langa, at Coldwell Banker, St Armands. Being a 2nd generation Realtor, she excels by combining her local knowledge with her top notch customer service expertise, and being on a seasoned team, allows her to ensure that her clients get the utmost attention and service they deserve.
